Market Watch Nov.4: Stability ahead of SEC’s deadline

The crypto markets are experiencing a flush of greens over the past 24 hours, except for few altcoins that are recording minor losses. Bitcoin continues to hold its stability, following last month trading, recording about 0.20% gains in the day. Ethereum is also on the green side of the market with a 0.33% gain. At the time of writing, the price of BTC hovers around $6,365 while ETH trades for $200.

The total market cap is $209 billion | Bitcoin’s market cap is $110 billion | BTC dominance is at 53%.

The Lack of Diversity in Ethereum Smart Contracts Pose Risks to the Ecosystem. A group of researchers from two prestigious universities has claimed, in a new report,  that the lack of diversity of Ethereum smart contracts could cause damage to the entire network.

Some Ukrainian Buy Bulgarian Passports With Their Bitcoin.  Bulgarian government authorities have busted some official for illegal sales of passports to foreigners from Ukraine and other parts of Eastern Europe in exchange of BTC.

The SEC’s deadline to review the nine Bitcoin applications for ETF has arrived: Tomorrow, November 5, will be the last day. As of now, the market is pricing a rejection.

OctoinCoin (OCC) is surprisingly the most significant gainer in the market, recording a 71% against the dollar. OCC currently trades at $0.58, representing almost 100% increase in its price in the past week which was at $0.3. There is not a clear reason for OCC pump. As of writing this, OctoinCoin has a market cap of $239,346 and a daily volume of $1,181,463 across exchanges.

ATCCoin (+36.10%)

ATCCoin (ATCC) emerged as the second most significant gainer in the market with a total market cap of above $100k. ATCC recorded gains of more than 30% percent against the dollar, and one ATCC can now be purchased for $0.023. While the coin has a market cap of $4,838,181 and a 24-hour trade volume of $399,518, seems like ATCC team lack in their social communities.

IXTUS Edutainment (-48.71%)

IXTUS Edutainment (IXE) is the most significant loser of the day after trading lower against the USD in the last seven days with a 52% decline in the last trading session. The token is currently trading at $0.010 and has a total market cap of $245,901 with a daily volume of $447,613 on exchanges. The coin continues to battle with the bears despite new listings on some exchanges in the past few weeks.
